Troy Dale currently leads the Strategic Partnerships Unit at Novartis, a bespoke group looking at emerging areas of strategic importance for the organisation. He has significant experience across all parts of the pharmaceutical industry value chain, with a strong focus on Patient Access and Commercial models.
Equally at ease with emerging science and late-stage optimisation, Troy has been a sitting member of Novartis’ Cell and Gene SteerCo since its inception and has recently led the enterprise-wide strategy work behind Novartis’ Advanced Therapeutics activity. Troy is a widely recognised, top-tier Strategic Thinker and sought-after member of hothouse teams looking for innovative solutions to complex questions.
