Charlie Curtis

Charlie is a corporate innovation adviser.
Since the late 1990s, he has designed and led corporate innovation programmes and worked with hundreds of intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs in the UK, USA, India, Africa and Australia. He specialises in delivering impact-led corporate innovation: how to create and sustain new offers within a big business environment; as well as leadership for innovation: how to create a culture that supports both creativity and implementation; and finally organisation: how to build the optimal operating model and support functions for innovation.
As an entrepreneur in his own right, he is Co-Founder of two University of Oxford deep-tech spin-outs: DryGro grows crops using 99% less water; Origen Power technologies to remove CO2 from the air.
Charlie is an entrepreneurship expert and a member of the Entrepreneurship Centre’s oNetwork. He also sits on the UBS Young Academy Investment Committee, which invests in impact-led education ventures and is a steering group member for Yunus Social Business.
Charlie has a Masters degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
