Yves Boussemart

CTO, Xerxes Global

Yves Boussemart is the CTO of Xerxes Global, a private holding company based in the US with portcos in Financial Services and Retail. Previously, he was with QuantumBlack/McKinsey&Co in London before moving back to North America to open the QuantumBlack offices in Boston, MA and Montreal, QC. His experience spans operating/exiting a tech startup and advising large companies on AI-enabled transformations. His work led him to operate across a wide range of industries such as fintech, retail, airlines, aerospace, banking, pharma, sports, mining or public sector. He’s also an investor in a number of tech companies in North America and Asia.

Yves’ academic background is a B.Eng. + M.Eng. from McGill University and a Ph.D. + PostDoc from MIT (Systems Engineering and Aeronautics/Astronautics respectively).
