Yves Boussemart

Chief Technology Officer, Xerxes Global

Yves Boussemart is the CTO of Xerxes Global, a private holding company based in the US with portcos in financial services and retail. Previously, he was with QuantumBlack/McKinsey & Co. in London before moving back to North America to open the QuantumBlack offices in Boston, MA and Montreal, QC. His experience spans operating and exiting a tech startup and advising large companies on AI-enabled transformations. His work led him to operate across a wide range of industries such as fintech, retail, airlines, aerospace, banking, pharma, sports, mining and the public sector. He’s also an investor in a number of tech companies in North America and Asia.

Yves received his bachelor’s and master’s in engineering from McGill University, and a PhD and post doctorate from MIT in Systems Engineering and Aeronautics/Astronautics, respectively.
