David Charbonneau

Managing Partner, Boreal Ventures

David is the founder and managing partner of Boreal Ventures. Areas of expertise include Industrial & Engineering Technologies, Cleantech, Medtech, Energy, AI, Enterprise SaaS, Semiconductor, Computer Vision, IoT/Telco, Supply Chain.

Prior to founding Boreal Ventures, David worked at BDC Capital where he helped manage a $135M early-stage venture fund. Before he joined BDC, David spent 4 years in management consulting and strategy at KPMG-SECOR, where he supported executives on investment decisions, strategic planning and post-merger integration. Previous engineering experience includes Bombardier, Kraft and Toyota.
