David Charbonneau

Managing Partner, Boreal Ventures

David Charbonneau is the founder and managing partner of Boreal Ventures. His areas of expertise include industrial and engineering technologies, cleantech, medtech, energy, AI, enterprise SaaS, semiconductors, computer vision, IoT/Telco, and supply chain.

Prior to founding Boreal Ventures, David worked at BDC Capital where he helped manage a $135M early-stage venture fund. Before he joined BDC, David spent four years in management consulting and strategy at KPMG-SECOR, where he supported executives on investment decisions, strategic planning and post-merger integration. Previous engineering experience includes Bombardier, Kraft and Toyota.
