Sharena Ali

Sharena currently serves as CEO of Cinch Home Services. She is also on the Board of Directors of Hiscox USA and is an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee at Stearns Bank N.A – a commercial bank catering to small businesses across the country. Prior, Sharena was COO at Homesite- CONNECT and President at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance.  Before joining CONNECT, Sharena spent four years at Homesite Group Incorporated where she served as Sr. Vice President, Partner Distribution.  Prior to joining the American Family Enterprise, she held various leadership roles with AIG, Travelers Insurance and Progressive Insurance. Before joining the insurance industry, Sharena worked with the Royal Bank of Canada primarily in the commercial lending space. Sharena holds an MBA from York University, Toronto and BSc. from University of Toronto.
