Sharena Ali

Sharena Ali currently serves as an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee at Stearns Bank N.A. – a commercial bank catering to small businesses across the country. Most recently, Sharena was COO at Homesite- CONNECT and President at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance.  Before joining CONNECT, she spent four years at Homesite Group Incorporated, serving as Sr. Vice President, Partner Distribution.  Prior to joining the American Family Enterprise, she held various leadership roles with AIG, Travelers Insurance and Progressive Insurance. Before joining the insurance industry, Sharena worked with the Royal Bank of Canada, primarily in the commercial lending space. She holds an MBA from York University, Toronto and a bachelor’s from the University of Toronto.
