Helery Pops

Co-Founder, Honey Badger Capital

Helery Pops spends most of her day at Eesti Energia, where she scouts energy startups and helps bring their technology into practice.

She is also an active scout and angel investor for the Danish fund byFounders. Earlier, she co-founded Honey Badger Capital, a seed fund for mission-driven founders.

She is the founder of Ruum, a hacker space for young founders to build and test ideas. These experiences allow her to see most new startups and will definitely ask founders how much research went into understanding the problem space the start-up is solving.

She recently spent the summer at Arbonics researching how landowners can earn income with carbon credits from planting new forests, and at Pipedrive and Amapler Bikes she mastered the language of customers by doing sales and research and product management

Having done 3 drives and many campaigns to deliver cars to Kyiv, she has an understanding of how defence companies can get their technologies to be tested in the frontlines.
