Tilmann Eichstaedt

Prof. Dr. Tilman Eichstädt is SVP Services and Sustainability at HelloFresh, overseeing two departments in a 50% role after a ten-year executive career with the company. At HelloFresh, he progressed from VP Procurement to COO International, leading teams of more than 300 people across three continents and building deep experience in procurement, operations, supply chain and sustainability. He also spent five years as part-time Professor of Supply Chain Management and Logistics at bbw Hochschule in Berlin. Earlier in his career, Tilman worked for eight years in consulting at McKinsey and Kienbaum, focusing on procurement, operations and supply chain in the transport and automotive industries. He also served for three years as Supply Chain Lead in the solar industry at Inventux Technologies. Tilman holds a PhD on electronic auction design and application in procurement, with publications on negotiations and technology adoption.
