sync2brain is developing bossdevice, a closed-loop TMS system that uses real-time EEG to deliver personalized, phase-synchronized brain stimulation for psychiatric disorders, starting with OCD and depression. By tailoring therapy to each patient’s brain state, the system overcomes the limitations of one-size-fits-all treatments, improving outcomes and reducing side effects. Unlike conventional TMS systems or research-only tools, sync2brain will offer a clinically certified, fully integrated platform backed by rigorous scientific validation. The system’s sub-60-degree phase accuracy and real-time artifact handling enable precise neurostimulation, distinguishing it in both technology and regulatory readiness. Clinical trials are currently underway at CAMH, Toronto as well as multiple centers in Germany, led by University Clinic Tübingen to confirm efficacy.
