Katie co-founded and led Madison-based healthcare startup bluDiagnostics as CEO from 2015 to its acquisition by Amazon in 2020. bluDiagnostics pioneered sensor technology that enabled at-home fertility tests previously confined to clinical settings. Katie Brenner holds degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford, bioengineering from Caltech, and completed a postdoc in biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently serves as the Team Lead at Amazon.
