Livleen Veslemes is the Founder and CEO of Faster Cashflow, a consulting firm dedicated to accelerating financial growth and operational excellence for high-growth businesses. Previously, she served as CEO of bioLytical Laboratories, an infectious disease rapid diagnostic test manufacturer, where she led the company through a period of significant expansion—scaling from 50 to over 110 employees, achieving 4x revenue growth, double-digit EBITDA margins, and sustained profitability.

Under her leadership, bioLytical was ranked on Business in Vancouver’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies list for three consecutive years. The company was also recognized as the 2018 Lifesciences BC Growth Stage MedTech Company of the Year, honored as the 2019 BC Exporter of the Year by the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association, and listed among The Globe and Mail’s Top 400 Growing Companies in Canada.

Prior to bioLytical, Livleen was Head of Finance and Operations at Luvo, where she supported the organization from startup through the launch of 34 USDA-approved products into 5,500 retailers across the United States. She began her career in the biotech industry in 2006, holding management positions and later serving as Chief Financial Officer at Response Biomedical, a publicly traded medical device manufacturer, where she helped raise $38 million to support growth initiatives.

Livleen’s leadership journey began at Infosat Communications, a BCE subsidiary and satellite service provider, where she successfully integrated three acquisitions within three years during a period of 100% year-over-year revenue growth.

With a passion for purpose-driven businesses, Livleen focuses on creating bold visions, building high-performing teams, and implementing strategies that transform innovative ideas into impactful products. She earned her Certified Management Accountant designation in 2001 and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
