CDL-San Sebastian will join the global CDL Quantum program, and launch a CDL AI stream focused on natural language processing and multilingual models to complement the arrival of the IBM System Two quantum computer and strengthen Gipuzkoa’s role as a growing hub for deep tech commercialization in Europe.
