Adam Roose is a bench scientist turned business development executive, with a background in bioprocess development for cell and gene therapies. Adam currently runs business development and alliances for Cirsium Biosciences, working to bring a proprietary method for viral vector generation to the market to dramatically decrease costs and improve patient access. Adam is passionate about enabling innovation through collaboration, and brings his network and perspectives to support CDL Ventures as they refine a growth plan and identify a commercial model.
