Alexandre Cervinka is an active Executive Chairman and Board Director who partners with ambitious founders to scale industrial hard tech companies from regional players to global category leaders. As the former Founder and CEO of Newtrax, he led the company from a university project to a global leader in IoT for underground hard rock mines, successfully deploying safety and productivity systems in over 100 mine sites worldwide and managing subsidiaries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Australia. Following his execution of the strategic acquisition of ISAAC Instruments’ mining division and the subsequent sale of Newtrax to Sandvik AB in 2019, Alexandre now leverages his 20+ years of operational experience to guide high-growth ventures like LithologIQ, Point Laz, and Jumine through the complexities of global commercialization, de-risking deployments in harsh environments, and M&A strategy.
