Andrew Haughian

Andrew joined Pangaea Ventures in 2006 and over that time has developed a deep understanding of the challenges around advanced materials commercialization. His expertise lie in helping companies navigate the early-growth stage of their development as they work to build out high-performance teams, cultivate a culture of excellence, nail product-partner-market fit, and optimize how to finance explosive growth. He currently works closely with Aspect Biosystems, CarbonCure Technologies, ESS Inc., Prime Roots, Trutag Technologies, Hinalea Imaging, and has worked closely with numerous exited companies across the energy and sustainability landscape.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia.
