Andrew co-founded 7percent in 2013. As a startup founder Andrew built the world’s first online digital news archive (, world’s first location based mobile social network (playtxt) and AI personalisation startup (Rummble). In 2009 Andrew co-founded ICE, the not-for-profit founder community. He also runs DragonChasers VC/LP community and ALLOCATE.GP VC conference series. He sat on the board of UnLtd World (sold to Guardian Media Group) and the Silicon Valley Advisory group to the EU Commission. Outside interests include politics, flying and film. Specifically, the intersection of politics, statecraft and how technology can improve society and make nations safer. He is also writing a film script based on a story in WW2 and every July he can be found at the Royal International Air Tattoo, geeking out at fastjets.
