Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch is a very seasoned global executive with more than four decades of leadership experience across the consumer goods and food industries. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources & Business Services at Nestlé, where she oversaw global people strategy, business services, and digital transformation supporting hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide. In that role, she championed organizational culture, inclusion, and workplace innovation at one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies.

Over the course of her international career, Béatrice has held senior leadership positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Beiersdorf, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, The Coca-Cola Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide (the Nestlé/Coca-Cola joint venture), and Nestlé. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Germany and held regional and global leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Her experience spans general management, strategic marketing and sales, full P&L responsibility, and large-scale cross-functional transformation across diverse markets and cultures.

Béatrice is a member of the Board of Directors of L’Oréal S.A., where she serves on the Audit Committee, bringing deep operational insight and governance expertise to her board work. She began her career in consumer marketing after earning a business degree from ESSEC Business School and completing graduate studies during an exchange program at the University of Illinois.
