Carina currently serves as Director Strategy in Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals division.

Before this she has worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Germany and the U.S. for six years supporting various clients on topics across the health care space including pharmaceutical and medtech companies as well as payers and providers.
Her focus was on corporate and commercial strategies, (digital) marketing, M&A, and digital and analytics topics.

Carina mentors and coaches start-ups in different contexts, e.g., at the Berlin Institute of Health (Digital Health Accelerator) and is active as angel investor in Berlin.

She is an MD, PhD by training.
