Caroline Detalle

Former Vice President, Industry Marketing & Sales, Bain & Company

Caroline Detalle brings over 30 years of international leadership experience at Bain & Company, where she served as Vice President with a global scope. Her responsibilities included developing and implementing industry-focused sales and marketing strategies, interacting with senior executives and clients on business challenges, and member of senior teams leading large-scale transformation programs including operational excellence, and PMI, that accelerated the firm’s global growth.

A pioneer in sustainability within the firm, Caroline founded and co-led the French Impact Team and spearheaded the Bain’s first global ESG reporting initiative, establishing the governance frameworks that enabled the firm to achieve the highest EcoVadis rating.

Caroline is a founding board member of PWN, Europe’s largest professional women’s network and Canopy, the Future of Governance. She is also an angel investor, coach, and mentor. Since leaving Bain, she has been advising boards in the non-profit and governance space and supporting transitions in family-owned businesses.
