In January 2024, Carrie Ann assumed the role of Vice President of Intermodal Operations at CSX in Jacksonville, Florida. Tasked with leading the Intermodal team, she is spearheading efforts to deliver exceptional service and fuel growth in one of the largest railways in the Eastern United States, boasting an annual revenue of $13 billion.

Carrie Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concordia University and earned her Executive MBA from McGill and HEC in Montreal, solidifying her academic foundation for strategic leadership in the rail industry.
