Christine Schuberth-Wagner is the former Chief Scientific Officer of CatalYm GmbH, where she spent over a decade helping translate early-stage oncology research into therapies with real potential to change patients’ lives. Her work spans the full arc of drug development, from scientific discovery through the practical challenges of building and scaling a biotech organization.

Beyond her operational leadership, Christine is a dedicated mentor and coach to young biotech founders, drawing on her hands-on experience navigating the entrepreneurial side of the industry. She is especially committed to supporting women in science, and brings to her mentoring a strong belief in collaboration and in developing the next generation of biotech leaders.
