operations with a customer centric mindset. He is a strategic thinker with a strong operational experience scaling global businesses, leading major transformations and has a track record of building teams that deliver results.

Currently, Cristian is the CEO & Partner at IDEUM Group, a company that delivers SaaS solutions and Operational excellence consulting services. Prior to IDEUM, Cristian spent 3 years with Article as SVP Supply Chain Operations, having the end-to-end responsibility to scale the operations in North America by 3X in 3 years. Before that, Cristian spent 12 years with Finning International, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealership with presence in Canada, Europe and South America, as the SVP Global Supply Chain leading the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Technology, Service rebuild operations and Supply Chain.
