Cristian Chavez has 25 years of experience as a senior global supply chain executive. During his career, he has built a reputation for transforming and scaling the operations with a customer centric mindset. He is a strategic thinker with a strong operational experience scaling global businesses, leading major transformations and has a track record of building teams that deliver results.

Currently, Cristian is the CEO and partner at IDEUM Group, a company that delivers SaaS solutions and operational excellence consulting services. Prior to IDEUM, he spent three years with Article as SVP of supply chain operations and had the end-to-end responsibility to scale the operations in North America by three times in three years. Before that, Cristian spent 12 years with Finning International, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealership with presence in Canada, Europe and South America, as the SVP of global supply chain leading the areas of strategic sourcing, technology, service rebuild operations and supply chain.
