David is the President of Y Tara Capital, a Vancouver-based private investment company, and a Venture Partner at Pender Technology Inflection Fund. Previously, he was the Chairman of ActiveState, Director at Redline Communications, and Director at RDM Corporation. David started in the VC investment space by managing Pender Growth Fund and Pender NDI Life Sciences Fund focused on technology and life sciences companies in B.C. He also served as the Chairman of several software, hardware, and mobile companies, including Municipal Software (acquired), Zeep Mobile (acquired), Icron Technologies (MBO), and BasicGov Systems.
