Diana Keenan is a Director at In-Q-Tel (IQT), contributing to the organisation’s investments Australia and the broader Asia–Pacific innovation ecosystem. With more than fifteen years of experience spanning operating roles, institutional investing, and frontier‑technology strategy, Diana brings a global, multidisciplinary perspective to supporting early‑stage ventures.

Before joining IQT, Diana held operating roles at Amazon, and began their career at Franklin Templeton, investing in publicly listed global technology companies and building a strong foundation in market and portfolio analysis. Diana later served on IQT’s U.S. investment team in San Francisco, partnering with founders developing mission‑aligned frontier technologies.

Now based in Sydney, Diana works with startups, investors, and government partners to identify and accelerate innovations in autonomy, advanced systems, AI‑driven capabilities, and critical‑technology infrastructure. They are committed to helping founders sharpen objectives, strengthen investor readiness, and build durable cross‑border partnerships that drive lasting impact.

Diana holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and is a CFA Charter holder.
