Doug Holtzman is CEO and cofounder of Eidikos Immunotherapy and a drug discovery leader with three decades of experience across biotech, pharma, and global health. He cofounded Icosavax, where he was Chief Scientific Officer from 2017 to 2023 and later a special advisor. Earlier he was Vice President of Discovery at Takeda and Deputy Director of Global Health at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also held scientist roles at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and ICOS. Doug also founded Palindrome BioConsulting.
