Doug Lee brings 30+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, and executive leadership to his current role as an investor and mentor to early-stage entrepreneurs. He is currently the Co-Founder of Flathead Forge, a Venture Builder that focuses on water and critical minerals. Doug’s career highlights include co-founding a Family Office (Flathead Equity Partners) in 2009, and founding multiple startups through the full cycle to successful exits. Doug is experienced in commercializing hardtech and holds numerous patents for water treatment technologies.

As an active contributor to the entrepreneurial ecosystem through mentorship, speaking engagements, and publications, Doug’s mission is now focused on leveraging his experience and network to amplify outcomes for entrepreneurs and founders.
