Jillian Noel

Investor, Piva Capital

Jillian is an investor with Piva Capital, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm focused on early- to mid-stage technologies disrupting energy and industry. Prior to Piva, Jillian worked on commercializing climate technologies at big and small companies. At General Fusion, she worked on the path to commercial fusion energy, leading strategic projects across fundraising, market development, and business operations. Prior to General Fusion, Jillian helped grow McKinsey & Company’s Sustainability Practice, serving large corporates on their sustainability strategy, decarbonization technology deployment, and entrance into energy transition markets.

Jillian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Sustainability from McGill University. Having grown up on Vancouver Island, she loves all things outdoor and is a climate tech enthusiast passionate about identifying, deploying, and scaling the technologies that will build a net zero future.
