Kelly is an accomplished executive leader with more than two decades of experience breaking barriers in the North American clean energy space. As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BluEarth Renewables for more than ten years, Kelly’s leadership was a driving force in BluEarth’s evolution into a successful international gigawatt-scale renewable energy development and operations enterprise during her 15-year tenure there.

Kelly is passionate about authenticity in leadership, and successfully drives people-centric team culture in order to deliver business results thanks in part to her background in high-performance team athletics. Kelly has an exceptional track record of building resilient relationships and partnerships – corporate, financial, Indigenous, landowner and community-based – and her ability to build and scale high-performing teams has underscored her successful journey through the North American renewable power sector.

Kelly serves as a Director with Calgary Economic Development, and is a mentor and advisor with Creative Destruction Lab and The 51.
