Ken Sunshine is a space tech startup cofounder, board director, COO/CFO, angel investor and advisor/mentor to a range of aerospace companies with extensive expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, capital markets, M&A, operations and project management. Ken currently has a stealth startup in development, is a member of the investment committee for SpaceFund, a board member at Vita Inclinata, and a mentor with the CDL, Starburst, Techstars, and AWS space accelerators. Previously, Ken was Co-founder, Board Member and COO of Nebula Space Enterprise. Prior to Nebula, he was Co-founder, Board Member and COO/CFO of Vector Launch, Inc. and CFO of Virgin Galactic. He was also Co-founder, Board Member and COO/CFO of Companion Medical and served as CFO of Moon Express, MDA Information Systems, National Institute of Aerospace and Aurora Flight Sciences. Earlier in his career, Ken was Senior Vice President of Finance at Orbital and an aerospace engineer at Draper Laboratories. He also was the Vice-Chairman of the founding session of the International Space University. Ken received an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and an engineering degree from Tufts University.
