Kirsten Charlton is the Chief Global Business Services & Innovation Officer for Argo Group, a U.S. based specialty carrier. Throughout her nearly 30 years in the commercial insurance industry, she has had leadership roles in claims, underwriting and operations for both brokers and carriers. A significant amount of her career was in management consulting roles often playing in the space between business and technology. Her personal ambition is to drive young talent to the insurance space and to keep pushing the industry towards modernization and advancement. She has degrees in Risk Management & Insurance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
