Luca Crotti

President and Senior Consultant, Alfiere Innovation

Luca Crotti brings over 25 years of experience across product development, quality management, and process optimization, with a strong focus on the automotive industry. He is currently the President of Alfiere Innovation Inc., where he leads transformational projects in supply chain, quality, and process development for a wide range of industries, including automotive and electric vehicles.
Prior to this, Luca served as Supply Chain and Interim Quality Director at Taiga Motors, where he successfully built the company’s supply chain infrastructure from the ground up, leading material planning, supplier qualification, and quality inspection for their pioneering electric vehicles. He has also held key roles as Quality Director at Dana TM4 and Operations and Quality Director at LAM, spearheading quality transformations and driving operational efficiency across international teams.
Earlier in his career, Luca held multiple leadership positions at Ferrari, including Senior Quality Manager for Powertrain, where he led risk assessments and supplier development, achieving significant cost savings and on-time delivery for new powertrain systems. His deep technical expertise is matched by his strategic vision, having managed large-scale projects at companies like FOM Tacconi (as CTO), where he oversaw new product development and process improvements.
Luca’s passion for innovation extends beyond his professional work, as he actively mentors startups in Montreal and contributes to technology empowerment programs for young girls through the BET SHE CAN foundation. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering and Automation from Milan Politecnico, and is a certified ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor.
