Matthew Neff is a product executive and technology leader with extensive experience scaling consumer platforms, marketplaces, and on-demand services across global markets. Throughout his career, he has focused on building customer-centric products, leveraging data to drive decision-making, and leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
Matthew currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Snoonu, one of the Middle East’s fastest-growing technology platforms. Prior to joining Snoonu, he was Director of Customer Product at Rappi, one of Latin America’s leading super apps, where he led product initiatives focused on customer experience and growth across multiple markets.
Previously, Matthew held several senior leadership positions within the Just Eat Takeaway ecosystem, including serving on the executive team of SkipTheDishes, Canada’s leading food delivery platform. As Global Head of Product and later Global Head of Operations Analytics, he helped guide the company through a period of extraordinary growth, scaling operations, improving profitability, and leading major cross-functional initiatives following the merger of Just Eat and Takeaway.com. During his tenure, SkipTheDishes became Canada’s leading food delivery platform while competing against global players such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Earlier in his career, Matthew spent nearly a decade at SaskTel, where he developed expertise in business transformation, process improvement, operational strategy, and organizational change. This combination of operational discipline and product leadership has shaped his approach to building scalable, customer-focused businesses.
As a mentor, Matthew enjoys helping founders navigate product strategy, marketplace dynamics, growth, analytics, organizational scaling, and the operational challenges of building high-growth technology companies.
