Michael Pangia

Michael Pangia has over 30 years of senior management experience, with a demonstrated track record of successful outcomes of growing and restructuring businesses. In 2019, he concluded an eight-year leadership role as CEO and board member of a Silicon Valley-based public company, one of the world’s leading providers of wireless transmission solutions. Michael spent the bulk of his early career with a global provider of telecommunications equipment and services, where he held executive leadership roles spanning sales, finance, services and operations. He has extensive international experience, having lived or worked directly in six of the world’s seven continents. Michael is actively mentoring and advising start-ups that are at the emerging stage of revenue growth. He holds a bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Windsor and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
