Nawal Ouzren is a senior biopharmaceutical executive and independent advisor based in Paris. She brings 20+ years of global pharmaceutical leadership, including franchise leadership roles in rare diseases and specialty pharma at Shire and in hospital/critical care at Baxter. Most recently, she served as CEO of Sensorion, a clinical-stage biotech focused on hearing loss. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Croda International (FTSE 100) and the Lundbeck Foundation, where she contributes to investment and strategic oversight.
