Rising through the ranks over a tenured career at UPS that spanned continents and lines of business to become UPS President of Information Technology, Nick is globally recognized for leading the development of multiple technology innovations that have disrupted and transformed the supply chain logistics and transportation industry.
Since retiring from UPS, Nick serves as a Board Director and Strategic Advisor to Public and Private companies, and as an Advisor to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. Nick is also the founder of C-Level Advisory, a global management consultancy, and co-founder of The Curated Network™️, an advisory network comprised of c-suite executives and partner companies across four continents.
His Fortune 50, high-tech, supply chain logistics, and transportation experience, coupled with his global M&A, venture investment, and organizational transformation experience, make Nick a sought-after advisor and board member to companies and investors.
Nick has over 25 years of global M&A, joint venture, post-merger integration and divestiture experience from both a public company and private equity lens.
Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for First Student, North America’s largest student transportation company (an EQT Portco) and also serves on the Board of Directors for Robust.ai an early stage robotics company. Nick previously served on the Board of Directors for Ware2Go, a leading digital ecommerce and supply chain technology platform company and Motion2.ai, a supply chain computer vision and optimization platform company.
With a passion to serve the community, Nick currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Points of Light, as President of The Conrad Foundation, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Student Conservation Association. Nick has a history of non-profit board leadership having served as Non-Executive Chairman for ToolBank USA and as Non-Executive Chairman for Hands on Atlanta. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Humane Society, on the Board of Trustees of the Louisville Zoo Foundation, and served as an advisor to United Way Worldwide.
