Olivier Tomat is Executive Director of Entrepreneurship and Acceleration at Genopole, one of Europe’s leading life sciences innovation clusters, where he supports the creation and growth of biotechnology companies from scientific discovery to venture development. With more than two decades of experience in innovation ecosystems, startup acceleration, and technology commercialization, he has led incubation programs, innovation organizations, and international initiatives spanning biotechnology, medtech, and deep tech. His career includes leadership roles in France’s innovation ecosystem, innovation diplomacy in Silicon Valley, and the development of cross-border partnerships connecting startups, investors, industry, and research institutions. Olivier brings deep expertise in company building, strategic growth, fundraising, and translating cutting edge science into investable, globally competitive ventures.
