Rishi Ghuldu is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur known for driving transformation and creating substantial value in the supply chain and business transformation domains. With a strong background in manufacturing and mining, Rishi has led global innovation initiatives, facilitated successful mergers and acquisitions, and achieved significant cost savings. His international experience includes managing complex improvement projects across multiple continents.

As the Founder and CEO of ZERV, Rishi successfully took the company from ideation to launch. ZERV, a digital marketplace, received backing from Techstars, a renowned venture capital firm. Under Rishi’s leadership, ZERV was privately acquired by market leader. Prior to ZERV, Rishi held various Vice President
roles at Newmont Goldcorp, where he oversaw business transformation, global supply chain, asset management, and operational excellence. As VP of Global Supply Chain, he managed all aspects of Goldcorp’s supply chain, including sourcing, negotiations, contracting, procurement, logistics, and contract management, with an annual spend of $2.2 billion.

Before his tenure at Newmont Goldcorp, Rishi led the business improvement team at Barrick Gold, driving value creation projects that resulted in annual savings of $330 million. He played a pivotal role in the Barrick-PlacerDome acquisition and the Newmont-Goldcorp merger, capturing synergies for the newly formed entities. Rishi’s led improvement teams, driving projects that have directly impacted free cash flow for the mining organizations, cumulatively delivering over $1.5 billion in value.

Rishi is passionate about educational opportunities, co-founding an NGO that has sponsored over 28,000 underprivileged children since 2010. He holds a degree in engineering and graduated as the Valedictorian of the Kellogg-Schulich EMBA class, receiving an academic-athletic scholarship during his undergraduate studies.
