Todd Neville recently moved to join AstraZeneca as a Senior Director on their Commercial Digital Health team. Prior to that, he was with Memorial Sloan Kettering as Director, Digital Health. He leads a team of nine within the Office of Technology Development’s Technology Management & Commercialization group.
Prior to joining MSK, Todd served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for Data Direct Networks, Inc. He also spent nearly two decades at IBM, where he most recently led corporate development and strategy teams for IBM’s Cognitive Systems division, including the Watson portfolio, supervising growth-related acquisitions from initial corporate strategy through a final post-integration operation. In this position, Todd drove ~$5B in new growth acquisitions from initial corporate strategy to final post-integration. Todd co-authored the corporate strategy that led to Watson Health, led all acquisitions that created the business, and spent over five years furthering the strategy and operations of multiple health and life sciences sub-segments.
His earlier roles at IBM included serving as CFO and manager of the IBM $100M venture fund. Todd holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Physical Chemistry from Northern Arizona University.
