Amy ter Haar is legal counsel to Global University Systems Canada. She has been voted as one of Canada’s Top Women in FinTech and Blockchain in 2021 by IT World Canada and one of the most influential Canadian women in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology in 2022 by Hardbacon. Amy is the program director of Osgoode Professional Development’s Certificate in Blockchains Law. She is a contributing author to “A Practical Guide to Smart Contracts and Blockchain Law” (LexisNexis) and has taught as an adjunct professor at Western University’s Law School as well as at Osgoode Hall Law School. Amy sits on the board of directors of Ocean Falls Blockchain Corp. and Everyday People Financial Corp. (EPF.V). Her educational background includes a law degree and Master of Laws degree from Western University.
