Wei Gao is a highly accomplished leader with a passion for driving innovation and transformation in the supply chain and technology sectors. As the Chief Digital and Product Officer at Re:Build Manufacturing, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI and ML, to revitalize the U.S. manufacturing industry.

With a career spanning several years, Wei has held various leadership positions at prominent companies such as Amazon, Hopin, and ASOS.com. Her expertise lies in supply chain management, e-commerce, and digital transformation. She is also a Founding Member of the Advisory Board at Zero100, an organization dedicated to accelerating progress towards sustainable supply chains.

Wei is a strong advocate for women in leadership and has participated in programs such as the IWF Leadership Fellows Program at Harvard Business School and the Women Leading Global Change Program at INSEAD. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Finance from Nankai University.
