Based in the heart of Canada’s energy industry, the Energy Stream connects early-stage founders shaping the future of energy with seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, and scientists from diverse backgrounds. We support ventures addressing energy security challenges and advancing the transition to a low-carbon future.
Creative Destruction Lab – Rockies (CDL-Rockies) helps visionary innovators reduce the barriers that prevent their innovations from having a massive impact. The CDL program is an objectives-based mentorship program whereby founders work with and learn from experienced entrepreneurs, as well as world-class scientists, economists and business students with deep subject matter expertise. Companies enter the program through a competitive application process and, if accepted, will begin the nine-month program with a cohort of their peers.
Who Should Apply?
The Energy Stream is best suited to coachable ventures and research teams driving towards innovative and novel solutions with the potential for significant market impact. The program is tailored towards early-stage companies (early venture or growth) or even projects (pre-incorporation); however, ventures at all levels of maturity will be considered.
